The Rock of Pages

Jett Ostra works at West of Mars under a pseudonym. In her mid-twenties and already divorced, she lives with her dad and works in corporate America during the day. She likes to spend her evenings with her nose in a good book – when she’s not out hearing live music, something that’s entirely possible to do where she lives.

Jett once dreamed of being a singer, but her day job has her travelling a lot and unable to consistently attend band practices, so with regret, she traded that dream for financial stability. It’s a familiar story (didn’t Tom Perotta write something similar in The Wishbones?), isn’t it? No wonder she likes Rock Fiction so much.
